Refunds

If something breaks, email hello@playgroupproject.com and a person will answer. We’ll fix it, rerun it, or refund you, whichever makes it right.

Orders on our site are processed and sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout. If you have a billing question, you can also contact Link from your receipt.

Bought on Etsy? Message us through your Etsy order and we’ll sort it out there.
